Welcome Week Meet & Greet 

On Sunday 8th September 2013 the university will run three free airport pick-up services from London Heathrow Airport for all international students. This service will be a free coach that will take you from Heathrow directly to the University of Gloucestershire. The coaches are scheduled to leave at:

  • 11.00 Sunday 8th September 2013
  • 14:30 Sunday 8th September 2013
  • 18:00 Sunday 8th September 2013

Upon arrival at the airport, Siobhan Williams and a student helper will meet you in the arrivals lounge at Terminals 3 at the airport's labelled "meeting point". They will be holding a sign for the University of Gloucestershire.

If you are arriving at terminal 1 then you will need to follow signs to terminal 3's arrival lounge (which is walkable). If you are arriving at terminal 4 or 5 you need to follow signs to the free train service that connects to terminal 1 and 3 and then make your way to the arrivals lounge at terminal 3. Trains depart approximately every 15 minutes.  Please check www.heathrowexpress.com for further details.  Please be aware that the Meet and Greet Service has a limit of 1 large suitcase weighing no more than 20kg and one small piece of hand luggage.

If you miss the last coach, you will need to make your own arrangements to arrive at the University.  Terminal 3 is where all National Express coaches depart for Cheltenham.  It is possible to purchase a ticket at the coach station.  Details can be found from here.
