The University of Gloucestershire reserves 17 rooms each year for Erasmus students studying for one semester only. These rooms are located in the Challinor Hall of Residance on Park Campus and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this residence is being refurbished in 2013, and students will be asked to move out on 1st April 2013. Students studying in Semester 2 might therefore wish to find rented housing for the duration of their studies. The accommodation team can help you with this.
Students who are staying for the full academic year are guaranteed a room on campus in any hall of residence provided they apply before the application deadline (usually in August).
Students can also find private accommodation off-campus. This can be either a house-share with other students, or a home-stay with a local family. A list of shared housing and lodgings is available from the Accommodation Office.
Erasmus students should send their application for accommodation along with their other documents to Erasmus@glos.ac.uk.
