Registration Pack

Please find below the registration pack for 2012/13 academic year.  This information will take you through this year’s registration and we would ask you read all the information carefully including the Landlords Guide before completing these forms.

Registration
The 2012/13 Registered Housing List will be launching on the first day of the second semester, Monday 16th January 2012. This will allow a full term for students to settle into University life and make friendship groups before looking for accommodation.  Also, current tenants can settle into their private house before landlords begin to carry out viewings for the next academic year.

In order to have your property/ies on the list for this day please ensure you have sent back a completed registration form and all the relevant paperwork needed by Friday 25th November 2011 at midday.

If we receive your paperwork after this date we cannot guarantee to get your property onto the list by the release day.  We will endeavour to complete a registration within ten working days of receiving it as long as all the paperwork is up-to-date.

Please be aware that no property will be placed onto the list with any outstanding paperwork, certificates or registration fee; there will be no exceptions to this rule.  We recommend that you do not return your registration pack until all paperwork is current and provided.

Registration pack:

Please complete the attached forms along with your certificates and return directly to accommodation@glos.ac.uk.  One form per property is required.

Please note that payment cannot be made online or via card, therefore a cheque must be received before registration can take place.  Cheques must be made payable to the ‘University of Gloucestershire’ and returned to: Accommodation Department, Francis Close Hall, Swindon Road, Cheltenham, GL50 4AZ
