Managing Stress

Are you feeling really stressed out and pressurised by workload, starting uni, being back at uni, your house, money? Or maybe you can’t work out what is causing it?

We are running a weekly group, that will look at ways that you can manage your stress more effectively, as well as giving you strategies to help you relax, sleep, work or whatever you need.

It will give you a space to talk about your stress (if you want to) and to practice techniques of relaxation.

You can come along once or every week. The groups will last for 50 minutes and will run on Tuesdays from 1.15-2.15 at FCH.

If you would like to join, please contact Annette Brill vie phone: 01242 714542 or email: counselling@glos.ac.uk

We hope you can join us.
