Counselling

Welcome to the University of Gloucestershire Counselling Service

We are here to help any student and staff member who is experiencing emotional, psychological or mental health difficulties which interfere with them making the most out of their time here.

Talking with a counsellor can help you to find a new perspective, to access your own resources and to cope with challenging situations. Asking for counselling is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of facing up to the difficulties you have and doing something constructive to help yourself.

  • professional (we abide by the BACP Framework for Ethical Practice)
