Welcome to the University of Gloucestershire Online Enrolment and Fee Payment facility.
All students must formally enrol with the University at the start of each new academic year and within two weeks of the start of your course. Please enrol promptly otherwise your access to the University's facilities will be lost.
Before enrolling, you are advised to read our Guide to Online Enrolment and Fee Payment where many of your questions will be answered.
When you are ready start enrolling by clicking the appropriate button below:
- you are a student and wish to pay your tuition fees and enrol
- or you are a student and wish to enrol - arrangements to pay your fees have already been made
- or you are a student and you have applied for a Fee Loan to settle your fees and you wish to complete your enrolment
- you wish to contribute toward the payment of tuition fees by credit/debit card but you are not enrolling.

Bursaries
The University will collect bank details for bursary payments during Online Enrolment and Fee Payment. Students in receipt of a Maintenance Grant will need to send a copy of the Student Support Notification to The Student Finance Team, University of Gloucestershire, Waterworth Building, The Park, Cheltenham, GL50 2RH. Sponsored Students
Sponsors can pay by Credit/Debit card or direct debit. If sponsors do not wish to make online payments, a Sponsorship Authorisation Form can be used instead. Completed forms should be posted to Tuition Fee Administration, Finance & Planning, Waterworth Building, University of Gloucestershire, The Park, Cheltenham, GL50 2RH, or fax to 01242 714403, or email to feesadmin@glos.ac.uk with the ‘Subject’ of ‘Sponsorship Form’..
