Research Degree Forms
These are a series of forms required at various stages of your research degree can be accessed here
or from the Research Administration Office. The RD1 form, used for registering your research proposal, is revised on a regular basis so please make sure you are using the most up to date version.
Please read our guidance sheet on RD forms before completing any form - we have also produced extra checklists (posted next to the forms below) for those RD forms where most errors are made. We accept electronic signatures on all our forms, but any submitted with typed names in the signature field will be returned.
Representation on Research Committees
Research students are represented on their Faculty Research Degree Committee and also on the University Research Degree Committee. Please contact your representatives about any research degree related issues that you want brought to committee.
